Blower Door Testing

I am a certified through Building Performance Institute (BPI) to perform Blower Door Testing as a third party in the state of Michigan. I perform blower door testing to satisfy the requirements in Michigan’s Energy Code. Blower Door Test and takes approximately 30-45 minutes on site to set up and run the test. Sticker with results are placed one the panel after the test and I email a PDF with the results the same day. In most cases I can schedule the inspection within 2-5 business days.

Please note this service is for new homes and remodels where a pre/post test is required by the city/township.
